TechPod takes another River Walk

TechPod Presenter – ADA compliant, height adjustable interactive lectern in San Antonio, Texas

Recently, TechPod Presenter lecterns were installed at Trinity University in San Antonio, TX with a keypad-based control system for use in classrooms and meeting facilities.

"Presenters love the simplicity and ease-of-use of our award winning control panel, lectern design and having all the equipment in one place. However, the new cut-out plate allows more flexibility to the various AV applications and requirements," said Amos Mottes from Tecom.

Winning the "Best of InfoComm 2009 – Best Classroom Product Award", the TechPod Presenter offers a compact stylish lectern, a 19" LCD interactive display – enabling "on screen" annotation, conveniently located controls, built-in high-end computer, front USB connectors and accessible DVD drive.

“Some enhancements are based directly on user and integrator request,” continues Mottes. “Due to popular demand, now any control and asset management systems from any manufacturer can be integrated directly into the TechPod Presenter, allowing it to serve as the control hub for the entire room.”
