Visix, Inc. has been honored with four AVA Digital Awards for interactive wayfinding designs.

A platinum award was presented for the company’s design for Southern Illinois University – an interactive kiosk with wayfinding, event mapping, SMS integration, energy dashboard, shuttle mapping, social media and a virtual tour. Interactive wayfinding designs for Louisiana State University, Sacred Heart University and University of Nevada, Las Vegas, were given gold awards. Projects for Kent State University and the College of Charleston garnered honorable mentions.

AVA Digital Awards is an international competition that recognizes outstanding achievement by creative professionals involved in the concept, direction, design and production of media that is part of the evolution of digital communication. Judges are industry professionals who look for companies and individuals whose talent exceeds a high standard of excellence and whole work serves as a benchmark for the industry.
