Mexico City - (March 9, 2017) - Christie®, a leader in creating and sharing the world’s best visual and audio experiences, is proud to announce its participation for the first time at Expo Seguridad Mexico, Latin America’s biggest security event, to be held from 14 through 16 March 2017 at the Citibanamex Center in Mexico City.

Located at booth 1451, Christie will be simulating a monitoring center in real time with its specific solutions for this market, including videowalls, software and content management processors.

Christie will be showing its Extreme Series of LCD panels for video walls. Specifically, the Christie booth at Expo Seguridad will be equipped with a video wall solution featuring a 2x2 set-up of Christie FHD553-XE-H 55 inch panels with 1.7 millimeter ultra-narrow bezel.

The Extreme Series’ extremely narrow bezel makes it the perfect solution for control and surveillance installations. Featuring advanced panel matching, the brightness and color of each panel comes calibrated, eliminating much of the image adjustments typically required when installing video walls. The Smart Light Control feature automatically adjusts the brightness of each panel for uniformity across the entire video wall and consistent performance throughout its lifetime.

The Christie booth at Expo Seguridad will also be exhibiting another video wall with a 2x2 set-up of Christie FHD462-X HD LCD flat panels. This 46-inch panel has an ultra-narrow bezel of just 3.7 millimetres and a depth of just 3 inches. With its LED back-lit display and high pixel density to ensure stunning realistic images from any viewing distance, the Christie FHD462-X delivers the brightness and clarity demanded by indoor spaces.

All the contents at the Christie booth will be run by the Christie Phoenix™ open content management system, which enables 24/7 networked access and control of data, which answers the needs for quick, accurate information delivery called for in fast-paced command and control centers having highly mobile and dispersed workforces. It will work in combination with the Christie Phoenix Quad-T, which expands the data monitoring capabilities of the Phoenix system by adding four HDMI inputs with a capacity for resolutions up to 3840x2160 (4K/UHD).
