LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jupiter Systems, the industry leader in visualization and collaboration solutions for display walls and networked PCs, announced today that it has again earned ISO 9001:2008 re-certification for its quality management system. Jupiter has been awarded ISO certification every year since 2003 when it first qualified under the earlier ISO 9001:2000 standard.
“Consistently meeting the highest quality standards is a high priority for everyone at Jupiter, and earning certification is important recognition of our employees’ commitment and hard work,” said Steve DeLateur, Senior Vice President, Quality, Technical Support, and Professional Services.
ISO 9001:2008 is a quality management system standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization, an association of governmental and nongovernmental organizations from 161 countries that develops international standards. The ISO 9001:2008 standard is used to certify quality management systems that focus on customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, active involvement of top management and employees, and the adoption of a process approach. Certification under ISO 9001:2008 implies customers will benefit from products that are consistently reliable, available and meet international regulatory standards.
“Fulfilling the stringent requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 standard each year is part of our effort to deliver total customer satisfaction,” DeLateur said. “Our customers can be confident that Jupiter designs, manufactures and services its products to the highest standards of quality and performance.”
