Lumens Introduces the RHINO CT-C50 Charging Cart and the RHINO CT-S30/CT-S50 Sync Carts to the Educational Technology Market

The First New Products in the Lumens Cart Family

FREMONT, CA, Dec. 8, 2014 – Lumens™ Integration Inc. is excited to announce its new product family of charging, sync and storage carts to the educational technology market. The RHINO CT-C50 Charging Cart and the RHINO CT-S30 and CT-S50 Sync Carts are Lumens first carts to support its educational customers who use multiple portable devices in a 1:1 learning environment. The new carts are compact, energy efficient and light weight for easy mobility. The carts have ventilated panels and feature a smooth working surface.

The Lumens RHINO CT-C50 Charging Cart has several features that make it an ideal choice for K-12 schools and higher education institutions. The RHINO CT-C50 Charging Cart can charge and store up to 42 portable devices. The RHINO Charging Cart uses a smart charging system with a scheduled timer and a status display. There are two external USB outlets for charging an instructor’s handheld device and/or tablet. The cart comes with pull-out shelves and an optional tablet arm accessory to securely hold an instructors tablet in place during a lesson.

The RHINO CT-S30 and CT-S50 Sync Carts offer features vital to K-12 schools and higher education institutions. The RHINO CT-S30 Sync Cart can sync information across 32 portable devices and the RHINO CT-S50 can sync 48 devices while storing them securely. An LED light indicator provides the sync status for each portable device slot. In addition, similar to the charging cart, the sync carts are able to easily manage cables.

Lumens designed these carts for customers who are using portable devices in a tech savvy learning environment. Having access to a charging and sync cart makes an immense difference in an instructors teaching style. Instructors are able to secure these carts in their classroom or another location by using a security U-lock or chain.

Availability:

The RHINO CT-C50 Charging Cart and the RHINO CT- S30 and CT-S50 Sync Carts will be available in January 2015.
