This is the 10th year that Stewart Filmscreen has finished first Overall in the Home Video/Screen Companies group in the annual Inside Track Supplier Loyalty Test survey. According to Gisela Schoell, the Editor of Inside Track, dealers grade vendors on 16 individual parameters that define the various aspects or dimensions of the vendor/dealer partnership. This year, Stewart finished first in its group in 14 of these 16 parameters, making them #1 Overall in their group.
Year after year, dealers respond to Stewart's outstanding products and once again they have given them the top spot for Product Reliability, Product Performance, and Product Innovation. National retailers surveyed by Inside Track also graded Stewart #1 for Brand Name Recognition, Specialist Friendly Business Programs, Ease of Installation/Use, Product Changes/Price Protection, Quality of Sales Representatives, Technical Support, Dealer Training and Resolution of Service, Return and Repair issues. This year they moved up from 2007's second position to the top spot for Most Obtainable Profit Margin, Distribution Policies that Support Specialists and Ease of Doing Business.
